Mind if I interrupt with a tip about getting into Red Rooster in Manhattan’s Harlem neighborhood? I’m sure that you think reservations are hard to come by (and they are), but the tables by the bar are actually reserved for walk-ins. If you’re willing to wait about 30 minutes or so, you can probably get one. The worst case? You make some new friends at the bar.
